Radarena am Ring: Start in Kirchwald, road bike route 2

Starting from Kirchwald, the route initially steadily climbs through the villages of Langenfeld and Arft to the highest point of the route (649 m). Here - above the winter sports facility in Arft - from the "Raßberg" there is a fantastic view over the juniper heath areas of the East Eifel. From there, the route continues through the local community of Siebenbach and from Jammelshofen follows a descent via Kaltenborn to the lowest point of the route (228 m) in the community of Kesseling. The route climbs again and continues until shortly behind the village of Cassel and from there over the villages of Kempenich, Weibern and Hausten down again into the idyllic "Nettetal". From the Riedener Mühlen it then steadily climbs back to the start point at Kirchwald.
