Körper-Fit-Weg
The starting point of Station A of the Body Fit Trail on the Red Wine Trail is at the Hemmessener Hütte in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler on the Schwertstal access route. It is also possible to choose the access routes "Rotweinwanderweg Lantershofen" (Station G), "Dellmich" (Station G), Muckental" (Station K) or "Bergstraße" (Station B). If travelling by car, the "Fluthilfe-Ahr" association recommends taking the "Im Dellmich" road branching off the B266 (Heerstraße). The Körper-Fit-Weg is accessible around the clock.
