portrayals of the King of Rock ’n’ Roll. He has compiled facts, background information, original soundbites, etc., and will paint a picture this evening of the man who, in the early stages of his career, was only allowed to be shown on television from the waist up.

In this spectacular musical reading, he will bring to the stage not only some great songs but also a host of anecdotes and interesting facts about the life of the ‘King of Rock ’n’ Roll’ .

Even as a 10-year-old, Elvis had already won over the judges at a singing competition with his voice and took second place, winning $5 and free rides on all the carousels. That marked the start of a thoroughly turbulent journey. A few years later, this little lad was to send the whole nation into a frenzy. “This man is poison for our youth and a threat to the whole nation.” Poison to some, an ecstatic elixir of life to others.

Songs such as “Love Me Tender”, ‘Devil In Disguise’, ‘In The Ghetto’, ‘Hound Dog’, ‘There Goes My Everything’ and many more will be performed this evening.
