The picturesque wine landscape of the Ahr Valley invites wine lovers to a special a special experience: The open wine tasting for everyone in the wine village of Altenahr offers the opportunity, every Thursday from May to October, to savour the enjoy the beauty and flavour of the region to the full. The event always starts at 3 pm and lasts around 2 1/2 hours.
The tour starts with a fascinating guided tour of the renowned renowned "Altenahrer Übigberg" vineyard. It is the westernmost vineyard in the vineyard in the Ahr valley and is known for its first-class wines, which grow here on slate rock.
