Wines with passion and signature
The family-run Körtgen winery, now in its fourth generation, is located in the centre of Ahrweiler.
The wines are matured with particular care at the Körtgen winery: white wines are always matured in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks in order to preserve their freshness and flavour. The red wines undergo classic mash fermentation and mature in new and old oak barrels.
A particular highlight of the winery is its own sparkling wine production facility. Sparkling wines have been produced there using the classic bottle fermentation method since 1991.
The vinotheque invites you to taste wines and sparkling wines in a relaxed atmosphere. During wine tastings lasting around 1.5 hours, cellar master Max Nolden or chef Christof Körtgen provide exciting insights into viticulture, sparkling wine production and the philosophy of the house. Those who prefer to choose from home can find the entire collection in the well-stocked online shop.

Wine bar: Tuesday - Friday 17:00 - 22:00, Saturday: 12:30 - 22:30, Sunday closed
