Since 1991, the traditional company Plachner has been part of the publishing + printing group LINUS WITTICH, the market leader
for local information in Germany with its headquarters in Höhr-Grenzhausen. The Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler site has long crossed the district border with its newspaper titles. It sees itself as a reliable partner for local authorities, associations, readers and tradespeople with a commitment to up-to-date, lively and always informative reporting. The development in all areas of work has led to today's modern publishing production - we currently produce 12 different local newspapers in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler with a total circulation of over 100,000 copies. Printing takes place in the modern Wittich printing plant in Föhren near Trier. Thanks to state-of-the-art technology, there are only a few hours between the production run and the printed newspaper. This makes the Wittich publishing house a guarantor of short distances between citizens and administration, between associations, institutions and the public.
