Ahrtal-Express

The "Ahrtal-Express" nostalgia train is a relaxing way to discover Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler. During the 50-minute round trip (incl. 10-minute break), you will hear exciting facts about the spa town of Bad Neuenahr and historic Ahrweiler over loudspeakers. The journey is available as a round trip or a one-way connection with a stopover. The Ahrtal-Express is environmentally friendly, can be heated and has a wheelchair space - ideal for a cosy introduction to the Ahr Valley.

Timetables:

January & February: winter break!
March to October: daily (except Tuesdays)
November: Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and on bridge days, also Fridays during Advent
December: Fridays to Sundays, from 24 December. Winter break

Prices:
Adults - round trip adults 8 euros, one-way trip 5 euros
Children (up to 12 years) - round trip 3 euros, one-way trip 2.50 euros
Families (2 adults & 2 children) - round trip 18 euros, one-way trip 14 euros
