Autumn,
a time of colour and reflection. Wouldn’t this be the perfect time to
take a look at how a painter and sculptor from the Ahr Valley approaches this theme?
In his major autumn art exhibition, Matthias Bertram from Ahrweiler is showcasing around 250 works of art (paintings, woodcuts, sculptures and bronzes) in a large display covering more than 200 m².
Thematically, his subjects and works are strongly centred on the Ahr Valley and the Ahr-Eifel-Rhine region, with a particular focus on the landscape of the Middle Ahr and the area surrounding the town of Bad-Neuenahr-Ahrweiler.
He will now be opening his studio, his gallery and the outdoor area in front of it to the public for ten days. A number of surprises have been prepared for visitors. Come and be surprised.
