Modern cellar technology meets traditional ageing of red wines in barriques at the O. Schell winery. Perfection is the be-all and end-all here. The Burgundy varieties play the leading role here, from the classic Pinot Noir to the delicate Frühburgunder. Wine should always be exciting and bear the winemaker's signature. The winery is also known for its Blanc de Noir, which is praised by the trade press every year. In 2023, the Oliver Schell winery took first place in the Pinot Noir up to €20 category with its wine at the Vinum German Red Wine Awards.
