Welcome to the gates of the romantic old town. Our approximately 70 sqm holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers a wide view from a "little balcony" (with seating) into the opposite vineyards.

The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has been newly renovated and also features a bidet and a walk-in shower. In the living room, you can spread out on a corner sofa and enjoy the bottle of Pinot Noir that we provide as a welcome gift. A third person (for the sofa bed) will incur an additional charge of €15 per night. Mineral water is available for you throughout your stay! The parking lot located 100 m away can be used for free from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Our holiday apartment can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights.

The guest contribution for the city of Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler is currently €2.00 per person/night for children from 16 years old it is €0.80 per person/night. You can pay via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival.

For two nights, the apartment costs €80.00 per night. From three nights, it costs €75.00 per night. An additional person for the sofa bed costs €15.00 per night. Unfortunately, the system always calculates with €80.00 per night, and therefore the actual price after 3 nights is lower than what is indicated in the system.

The guest contribution for the city of Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler is currently €2.00 per person/night, and for children aged 16 and over, it is €0.80 per person/night. You can pay by bank transfer or in cash upon arrival.
