New center of culture in the heart of the spa town

For more than ten years, the "New Construction of the Spa Park Properties" project has been under consultation with the city committees. After numerous and extensive decision-making processes in recent years, an architectural overall design for the new building complex has been created, which combines modern Bauhaus style with protected heritage and enables a symbiosis of the spa park and the building ensemble. The flood had brought the project to a standstill until it was resumed in May 2022.
The completion of the building is planned for summer 2027.
