One of the largest and most traditional wine festivals in the Ahr Valley, from 3 to 5 and 10–12 September 2027
The four imposing city gates in medieval Ahrweiler welcome visitors on the first and second weekends of September to one of the largest and most traditional wine festivals in the Ahr Valley. Within the historic city walls, the Ahrweiler Wine Weeks from 3 to 5 September and 10 to 12 September 2027 to spend cheerful and convivial hours enjoying a fine glass of Ahr wine. Against the backdrop of the large parish church, the cosy Ahrweiler market square becomes a meeting place for wine lovers of all generations.
A delicious culinary treat is a must at the Ahrweiler Wine Weeks. On the market square, guests can look forward to stalls offering all manner of savoury and sweet dishes. But the streets and alleyways also invite visitors to enjoy the local dining scene, with restaurants, cafés and ice-cream parlours.

The Ahrweiler Wine Weeks will be accompanied by a programme of live music on all festival days.
